We are a well-established, family-run friendly residential park home site for the over 50s, owned and managed by Steven & Andrew Ball. First established in the 1940s as a holiday park and later converted into a fully licensed residential park homes site, we have been welcoming residents for decades.

Located in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare in North Somerset, in the heart of the West Country, Hutton Park is just one mile from the town centre and seafront. Close to local shops, the hospital and other everyday amenities, it makes the perfect location for your retirement.
